Application for Foreign Trademark Registration

There are two ways for applicants to apply for registration of trademarks abroad: one is to register one by one, that is, to apply for registration with the trademark authorities of various countries respectively; the other is the international registration of Madrid trademarks, that is, according to the provisions of the Madrid Agreement on the International Registration of Marks (hereinafter referred to as the "Madrid Agreement") or the Protocol to the Madrid Agreement on the International Registration of Marks (hereinafter referred to as the "Madrid Protocol"), registration of trademarks between the member countries of the Madrid Union.
