1.Italian invention patent

Eligibility of Applicant:Inventor or assignee (including legal person)

Requirements of the application:Absolute novelty, progress, industrial availability

1,Patent specification (translation required);

2,Name and address of the applicant and inventor (in Chinese and English);

3,Priority Document

 

3.priority of invention patent

Priority claims:You can claim within two months from the date of application and submit a certificate of priority within six months.

International priority: within twelve months from the date of filing of the first application

2,Before approval: application, entity review, supplement/amendment, reply to review opinions

Note:

1. The substantive examination of a patent does not generally result in a novelty examination.

2. Local residents of Italy must first apply for a patent in Italy and apply abroad 90 days later.

3. The examination committee has the right to request that the invention patent be changed to a new type.

4. Patent infringement is also a criminal offence.
